If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, you can choose between:

  • A replacement product, subject to availability, or
  • A refund for the product

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges must be approved by Littmann Shop before the product is returned. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval.

Any delivery costs associated with an approved exchange are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Returns

Returns of undamaged products are not automatically accepted and require prior approval from Littmann Shop.

If a return is approved, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

The customer is responsible for any applicable return and delivery fees.

Products returned without contacting us and receiving approval first may not be accepted.
